• To create and manage your account and wallet.
• To process purchases and wallet funding.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us deliver our services (payment processors, SMS/email providers, and telecom partners), and only as needed to complete a transaction or provide support. We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service and for security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. If you delete your account, login access is disabled, but we may continue to retain related data for those reasons.

• You may update your password and security PIN from your account settings.
• You may request support regarding your account data via WhatsApp or email.
• You may delete your account from the app (Security → Delete Account), which blocks further login.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your account, including password hashing and transaction PIN controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please keep your login details private.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for users who can form a binding contract under Nigerian law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
